The Process:

I believe getting therapy should be simple.

1. Contact Me

Schedule a free 20-minute consult with me right from my website. No playing email or phone tag. You’ll have an opportunity to ask me any questions and determine if we’re a good fit to work together. If we are, we’ll book your first appointment usually within one week of our consult.

2. Get the support you need

Join me, either weekly for therapy or for an intensive, as we work together to sit in the hard stuff, feel your feelings, and change your relationship with yourself.

3. Feel confident in your authentic self

You’ll become more present in your life, more capable of managing self-doubt or anxiety spirals, and more empowered to listen to your emotional needs.
