I’m happy to work with you short-term via a LGBTQ Affirming Intensive if you have a current therapist you want to keep working with.
For ongoing weekly therapy, I find it works best when you don’t have to compartmentalize your therapy across multiple therapists. Talk with your therapist about whether wrapping up your work together and beginning weekly therapy with me makes sense for you at this time. You can also schedule a free 20-minute phone consultation with me to help determine if I’m the right fit for you before you end with your current therapist.

Yes, I’m a licensed psychologist in Minnesota and have been writing gender-affirming surgery letters since 2013. I use a collaborative approach called the Companionship Model (linked here) and follow the WPATH Standards of Care 8th Version as guidelines in my approach to letter writing. I use a pay-what-you-can model for letters, ranging from $0-$250.
