What is an intensive?

A brief model of therapy where we use an extended session to help you get progress that may usually take several weeks to reach. It’s a more concentrated therapy session to help you feel better, faster. Here’s our process…

  1. Intake Session

    A 50-minute introductory session 1-2 weeks before your intensive. We’ll get to know each other and prepare for your intensive session.

  2. Intensive Session

    A 3-hour session using Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). We work together to deeply focus on what you need and help you stretch yourself. All at doable pace, with me alongside you.

  3. Integration Session

    A 50-minute session, 1-2 weeks after your intensive. We’ll meet to reflect on the progress you made, and I’ll share personalized recommendations to keep your progress going.
